Facilitation: budget reference

USD 150-200 per hour

This is a reference for senior specialist work, not a flat rate for every engagement.

Minimum 3 billable hours per one-off engagement: USD 450-600 before taxes and extraordinary expenses.

Included in the rate

  • Live facilitation
  • Basic session preparation
  • Review of necessary materials
  • Brief follow-up after the session

Quoted by project or package

Diagnostics, Interviews, Methodological design, Extensive documentation, Support between sessions.

For projects lasting several weeks or months, I quote by scope and outcomes. The effective hourly rate may be lower depending on volume, predictability and the composition of the work.

Pro bono collaborations

I am also open to pro bono projects with a clear socio-environmental impact. These collaborations are considered individually, not automatically offered.

Quoted separately: taxes, travel, accommodation, other extraordinary expenses.

For clients in Mexico, the equivalent can be invoiced in MXN at the time of the proposal.

This reference applies to session facilitation, not to all consulting services. Scope and final fees are agreed in a proposal; a strategy call is not required to assess the general budget range.

How to start

The recommended first step is to book a strategy call through Google Calendar. If you prefer to share written context first, email a collaboration brief describing your organization, the coordination or governance challenge, stakeholders involved, timeline, and desired support.
